# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 large spinach tortillas (or regular flour tortillas)

02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons sour cream
04 - 1 clove garlic, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Veggies

07 - ½ red bell pepper, finely diced
08 - ½ yellow bell pepper, finely diced
09 - 1 small carrot, julienned or grated
10 - 1.75 oz baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped
11 - 1.75 oz shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

→ Toppings & Garnish

12 - 16 pretzel sticks (for tree trunks)
13 - Sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional, for snow)
14 - 1 small yellow bell pepper, sliced into stars (for tree toppers)

# How To Make It:

01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix until smooth.
02 - Lay each tortilla flat and evenly spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture over the surface.
03 - Distribute spinach, carrots, red and yellow bell peppers, and shredded cheese evenly on each tortilla.
04 - Roll each tortilla tightly and slice each wrap into 2-3 angled segments to create tree shapes.
05 - Insert a pretzel stick at the base of each wrap segment to serve as the tree trunk.
06 - Cut star shapes from yellow bell pepper and press one onto the top of each wrap tree.
07 - Sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds over wraps for a snowy effect if desired.
08 - Heat the air fryer to 350 °F (180 °C).
09 - Arrange wraps cut side up in the basket without crowding and cook for 6–8 minutes until crisp and golden.
10 - Allow wraps to cool slightly before serving.
