12 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
13 - Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish and olive branches)

# How To Make It:

01 - Combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, salt, and white pepper in a small bowl. Mix until smooth and spreadable.
02 - On a large serving platter, shape the cheese mixture into a dove using a spatula or spoon. Smooth the surface gently.
03 - Cut a small triangle from the carrot for the beak and two small pieces for the feet. Attach them to the dove shape. Press black peppercorns onto the dove for the eyes.
04 - Place green, black, and Kalamata olives in clusters around the dove to form branches and a festive border.
05 - Distribute halved cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices around the platter for color and freshness.
06 - Drizzle the olives and vegetables lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
07 - Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs to resemble olive branches, placing some in the dove's beak and around the platter.
