# What You'll Need:

01 - 7 oz high-quality dark chocolate
02 - 7 oz high-quality white chocolate
→ Peppermint Topping
03 - 8 peppermint candy canes or 4 oz crushed peppermint candies
04 - 1/2 tsp peppermint extract (optional)
→ Garnish
05 - 0.7 oz freeze-dried raspberries, crushed (optional)
06 - 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (optional)
# How To Make It:
01 - Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Gently melt dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
03 - Pour melted dark chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread evenly into a rough rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
04 - Refrigerate for 10 minutes until set but still slightly soft.
05 - Melt white chocolate as before, then stir in peppermint extract if using.
06 - Pour melted white chocolate over chilled dark chocolate and spread evenly.
07 - Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies and optional garnishes over white chocolate, pressing lightly to adhere.
08 - Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes until fully set.
09 - Break or cut into irregular shards.
10 - Arrange shards loosely on a wooden board for sharing.
