# How To Make It:
01 - Heat oven to 375°F.
02 - Slice off tops of bell peppers, discard seeds and membranes, then arrange upright in a baking dish.
03 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, breaking up with a spoon until browned, about 5 minutes; drain excess fat if any.
04 - Add chopped onion to skillet and sauté 3 to 4 minutes until softened, then stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
05 - Mix in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper; simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
06 - Spoon the meat mixture evenly into each prepared bell pepper.
07 - Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
08 - Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top if desired, and bake uncovered for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese melts and peppers are tender.
09 - Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over peppers before serving.
