03 - Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
04 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rest in a warm spot for 40 minutes or until doubled in size.
05 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
06 - Transfer dough to a floured surface and roll out into a 16 by 10-inch rectangle.
