# How To Make It:
01 - Set oven temperature to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar together with an electric mixer or whisk until mixture is light and fluffy.
03 - Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, beating until fully combined.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until evenly distributed.
05 - Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
06 - Roll the dough into 1-inch diameter balls and arrange them on baking sheets, spacing each ball approximately 2 inches apart.
