01 - 2 (3 oz) boxes blue raspberry gelatin
02 - 2 cups boiling water
03 - 2 cups cold water

05 - 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
06 - 1/2 cup assorted holiday sprinkles or candy snowflakes
07 - 8 clear plastic cups (6–8 oz each)

# How To Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, dissolve blue raspberry gelatin in boiling water by stirring continuously for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
02 - Add cold water to the dissolved gelatin and stir until well combined.
03 - Divide the gelatin mixture evenly among 8 clear plastic cups, filling each about halfway.
04 - Place the cups in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour until the gelatin is slightly set but still soft.
05 - Gently press mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips into the partially set gelatin for a snow effect, then sprinkle candy snowflakes or holiday decorations on top.
06 - Return the cups to the refrigerator and chill for an additional 1 to 1.5 hours until the gelatin is fully set.
07 - Just before serving, garnish with whipped cream and gummy candies as desired.
