01 - 1.1 pounds pork shoulder or pork stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces

02 - 1 medium head green cabbage (about 1.75 pounds), cored and thickly sliced

05 - 14 ounces canned crushed tomatoes or tomato passata

# How To Make It:
01 - Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add pork pieces and brown on all sides for 5 to 7 minutes.
02 - Add sliced onion to the pot and sauté for 3 minutes until softened.
03 - Stir in sliced cabbage and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it begins to wilt.
04 - Pour in crushed tomatoes and season with salt and black pepper.
05 - Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pork is tender and cabbage softens and sweetens.
