Ingredients

  • Cheeses: 100 g aged Manchego, 100 g creamy Brie, 100 g blue cheese (e.g., Roquefort), 100 g goat cheese log
  • Charcuterie: 100 g prosciutto, 100 g dry-cured salami, 100 g smoked turkey breast
  • Fresh Fruits: 1 bunch red grapes, 1 pear, sliced, 1 apple, sliced, 1 handful fresh figs or dried figs
  • Nuts & Extras: 50 g Marcona almonds, 50 g toasted walnuts, 30 g honeycomb or quality honey, 50 g dried apricots
  • Accompaniments: 1 small jar fig jam, 1 small jar grainy mustard, 1 baguette, sliced, 100 g assorted crackers

Instructions

Step 1:
Arrange the cheeses on a large wooden board or platter, spacing them evenly.
Step 2:
Fan out the charcuterie slices in small piles around the cheeses.
Step 3:
Place fresh and dried fruits in clusters for color and variety.
Step 4:
