  • Powders & Supplements: 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder, 2 scoops (about 20 g) unflavored collagen peptides
  • Fruits: 1 small ripe banana, peeled and frozen
  • Flavorings: 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (to taste)
